Using VocalCrown
You may browse public performances without an account. Voting, participant features, reports, and administration require an authenticated identity. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully.
Prohibited conduct
Do not automate votes, create deceptive accounts, interfere with the service, bypass upload limits, submit harmful code, impersonate others, scrape private data, manipulate YouTube metrics, or upload content you do not have permission to use.
Participant content
You remain responsible for your recording and metadata. You grant the limited non-exclusive rights described in the Competition Rules so VocalCrown can review, store, publish, display, promote, and monetise the entry. You may request withdrawal, subject to competition integrity and legal recordkeeping.
Moderation and availability
VocalCrown may remove content, suspend accounts, invalidate fraudulent votes, or pause features to protect safety, rights, fairness, and service integrity. The service may rely on third-party platforms and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that YouTube will accept every upload.
No guarantee of prize or revenue
Entering does not guarantee publication, ranking, a prize, audience, or revenue. Any prize is subject to the final edition rules, eligibility verification, taxes, and claim requirements.
Launch details still required
The final terms must name the operating legal entity, contact details, governing law, dispute process, warranty limitations, liability caps, and any country-specific consumer rights.
